For the sixth consecutive year, Indesign, LLC has been selected as one of Central Indiana's Top Workplaces based on a survey conducted for the Indianapolis Star newspaper. Indesign was ranked in the small companies’ category for the award. The Top Workplaces rankings are determined based on employee feedback. The Indianapolis Star partnered with Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics, an independent employee survey firm, to determine the region's Top Workplaces. WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, is a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The employee survey included 22 questions covering areas such as company values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth opportunities, training, appreciation, retention and work/life balance. Indesign, LLC was recently named as one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Indiana, making this the 7th consecutive year for Indesign to be selected. The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process, oversees similar programs in 23 other states. Indesign, LLC, an Indianapolis based engineering design firm, exhibited at the 2016 International Consumer Electronics Show – January 6 - 9, 2016. This was Indesign's 19th year to exhibit at the International CES. The 2016 International CES® is the world's largest consumer technology tradeshow, featuring 3,631 exhibitors unveiling the latest consumer technologies across the entire ecosystem of consumer technologies. Exhibitors included manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technologies. CES had over 170,000 attendees from more than 153 countries.
