The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization. These include alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
The Top Workplaces list also designates “Special Awards” to companies that receive standout scores for specific survey statements. This year Indesign received the “Meaningfulness” award, based on high employee ratings for the survey statement “My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful.”
