For the ninth consecutive year, Indesign, LLC has been selected as one of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces based on a survey conducted for the Indianapolis Star newspaper. This year Indesign was designated as the #1 Top Workplace in the small company category.
“We are honored to receive this designation and are quite fortunate to work with the great team we have. Teamwork is one of our core values and it truly takes the whole team to be successful and to create the work environment that we all enjoy,” reported Jerry Gotway, Indesign’s president.
The list, presented by The Indianapolis Star is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Indesign, LLC is an engineering design services firm with a proven track record of helping companies develop new electronic devices. Engineering disciplines consist of electrical/circuit design, RF/wireless design, software/firmware design, mechanical design, human factors design, and testing/validation with a strong emphasis on products utilizing embedded microprocessors and DSPs.
