Indesign, LLC was recently named as one of the 2015 Best Places to Work in Indiana, making this the 6th consecutive year to be selected.
Winners were selected from four categories:
Small-sized companies (15-74 US employees)
Medium-sized companies (75-249 US employees)
Large-sized companies (250-999 US employees)
Major-sized companies (1,000+ US employees)
The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process, oversees similar programs in 23 other states. This year there were a record tying 100 Indiana companies selected for this award.
“A record-breaking number of applicants has made the program more competitive,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar. “We have stellar mainstays who continue to impress with their work environment, perennial participants who made strides on the list and some newcomers who deserved attention. This group truly showcases a cream of the crop of Hoosier employers,” he states.
“These are organizations that demonstrate to their employees through their culture, communication, career opportunities, benefits and more how much they value their contributions to the overall success and bottom line.”
