Indesign, LLC Receives Top Workplaces Award

Indesign, LLC has been selected as one of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces based on a survey conducted for the Indianapolis Star newspaper. This is the fifth consecutive year that Indesign has been selected for the Top Workplaces award. Indesign was ranked in the small companies’ category for the award. The Top Workplaces rankings are determined based on employee feedback. The Indianapolis Star partnered with Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics, the employee survey firm, to determine the region’s Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces survey was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The employee survey included 22 questions covering areas such as company values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth opportunities, training, appreciation, retention and work/life balance.
