INDESIGN, LLC RECEIVES 8th TOP WORKPLACES AWARD

For the eighth consecutive year, Indesign, LLC has been selected as one of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces based on a survey conducted for the Indianapolis Star newspaper. Indesign was ranked fourth in the small companies’ category and recognized with a special award for our standout score in communication category. The Top Workplaces rankings are determined based on employee feedback. The Indianapolis Star partnered with Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics, an independent employee survey firm, to determine the region’s Top Workplaces. WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, is a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The employee survey included questions covering areas such as company values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth opportunities, training, appreciation, retention and work/life balance.
