Indesign, LLC has been selected as one of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces based on a survey conducted for the Indianapolis Star newspaper. This is the fourth consecutive year that Indesign has been selected for the Top Workplaces award. Indesign was ranked #2 in the small companies’ category for the award. The Top Workplaces rankings are determined based on employee feedback. The Top Workplaces awards were announced in the Indianapolis Star newspaper on April 20th. The Indy Star article reported that “Indesign goes beyond keeping engineers wired puzzling over the next challenge to provide flexible, family-friendly scheduling and a team-focused atmosphere with literal buy-in at all levels.” Indesign received a special award for Communications in the TopWorkplaces survey this year. Kathy Rima, Executive VP at Indesign commented “Good communications is key to our having a great team and a great work environment. We put a lot of emphasis on open communication throughout the organization and with all of our clients.” The Top Workplaces survey was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
