“Top Places to Work” Awards Indesign “Ethics Award”

Indianapolis-based engineering firm, Indesign, LLC, has been named to the Indianapolis Star’s “Top Workplaces” list. The “Top Workplaces” list identifies the leading workplaces in the Indianapolis and surrounding area. Indesign was evaluated based on survey responses from its employees and a company profile questionnaire. The results of the employee survey were compared across organizationsof the best 65 companies that participated. Indesign ranked #10 in the small-sized companies’ category. Special awards are given to the highest scoring company in several workplace categories. Indesign received the Ethics Award after employees ranked the following statement highest: “This company operates by strong values and ethics”. “We are very happy to be recognized and ranked #10 among the Top Places to Work in the small company category.
