“Top Places to Work” Awards Indesign “Communication Award”

Indianapolis-based engineering firm, Indesign, LLC, has been named to the Indianapolis Star’s “Top Workplaces” list. The “Top Workplaces” list identifies the leading workplaces in the Indianapolis and surrounding area based upon a company profile questionnaire and an employee survey. Indesign, a first time participant in the “Top Workplaces” survey, was evaluated based on survey responses from its employees and a company profile questionnaire. The results of the employee survey were compared across organizations, with the best 65 out of 105 companies that participated appearing on the list. Indesign ranked #6 in the small-sized companies’ category. Special awards are given to the highest scoring company in several workplace categories. Indesign received the Communication Award after employees ranked the following communication category statement highest overall: I feel well informed about important decisions at this organization. “We are very happy to be recognized and ranked #6 among the Top Places to Work in the small company category.
